Room 1 has the largest bed of all the doubles and offers a king size double.this room is situated on the same level as the main door street entrance and being on a level with the front door allowing for disabled or restricted mobility access.

This room is located to the side of the property overlooking the car park towards the camp site and to the fields beyond.

The room offers tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, flat screen wall mounted TV and an ensuite shower room.
